A contact lens examination determines whether contact lenses are fitting well, eyes are healthy from contact lens wear, and prescription gives the best vision possible. Additional fee for the contact lens examination is expected at the time of service and is non-refundable.

According to The Fairness to Contact Lens Consumers Act, contact lenses cannot be ordered without a current contact lens examination (within 1 year). A contact lens prescription will be given to you after the exam.

Contact lens exam fee: $50 established & $85 new wearer, includes 4 follow-up appointments as necessary within 90 days. You will be charged an office visit of $35 for the Dr. to examine your contact lenses after 4 follow-up visits or 90 days.
